The bed was SUPER comfy! Loved the spacious room and friendly staff, but the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Would've preferred more options. Overall a nice stay! 😊

The hotel has a fantastic location near many attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and included nice amenities like a coffee machine and plush robes.

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable with soft bedding and pillows. I appreciated having a mini fridge and a large flat-screen TV. Everything was spotless, and the bathroom amenities were great. The only thing missing was slippers and bathrobes, but I think you can ask for those. It was also cool that there was parking below and a pharmacy next door!

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in our room didn't work for the first two nights, leaving us to sleep in an unbearable 25.5 degrees Celsius. Despite sending a special request prior to our check-in, no accommodations were made for my special needs toddler, and we were forced to manage without a fridge, which was critical for us.

The luxurious shower was a highlight of my stay.

Sipping on some coffee at Proof Lounge was a vibe! The hotel had stellar staff who really knew how to roll out the welcome mat. Can’t forget the perfectly clean room with a killer view—even caught the CN Tower lighting up at night!

I was charmed by my spacious King's suite with a gorgeous view towards downtown! The bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the bathroom was a luxurious haven to unwind after adventures in the city!

The lobby and room were beautifully decorated, enhancing the overall experience. However, I found the parking to be quite expensive, adding significantly to our bill. While the staff were friendly and helpful, improvements in dining quality would make a big difference for future stays.

Superb location right across from the ROM and close to shops. My room had a comfy bed, Nespresso maker, and nice toiletries. The fitness center was bright, and I loved the indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was freshly made, with great chia pudding. Staff was helpful, offering welcome bottled water at check-in.

Our family loved the central location, allowing us to stroll to the Hockey Hall of Fame easily. The spacious room was perfect for my toddler, and the breakfast options were delicious and quick!

My children wanted a play area inside the hotel.

Spent 7 nights here and really enjoyed it! The room was huge and modern with a nice bathroom. It was super clean every day. The staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage. The only thing that was a bit off was there was no fridge in the room, which we needed for some meds. Great dining options nearby too!
